After enjoying a career span in the private and public sector of the accounting profession for the past 30 years, I have come to realize that any accountant can input numbers. However, our clients need to feel that we know them well enough to assist them reach their goals. Our clients’ needs are important to them when they arise, which isn’t necessarily 8am to 5pm. Our firm allows me that opportunity to be there when the client’s needs arise. Our clients know that and feel like their accountant is providing them the best service available to meet that need.
